How far in advance do I need to book my services?

While there is no set requirement, we do suggest booking as soon as possible to secure your date.

Do you offer wedding hair and makeup services in the salon or on-location?

Both! At Studio B we like to make it as convenient as possible for our brides. We can travel to any destination or you can bring your bridal party to us at our beautiful studio located in Garden City Center in Cranston.

Is there a minimum requirement for services?

There is no minimum for services in-studio. We do require a five person minimum for hair and/or makeup to travel on-location.

Is there a travel fee?

There is no travel fee for any destinations under 30 minutes away from our studio. Anything over 30 minutes away will be subject to a travel fee depending upon the location.

Can someone stay on-location for touch-ups, hair style changes, etc…?

Yes! For $75 per hour we can have one of our stylists stay on-location with you.

I am having a destination wedding. What would it cost to have your team come out to us?

Depending on where the location is: airfare, hotel, transportation and a $50 per day diem per stylist. Our services stay at the same affordable pricing!

Do you require a deposit for booking a wedding date? Are deposits refundable?

Yes, we do require a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the total for your services to reserve your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable because once we reserve your date our stylists are taken off the book and turn away other requests.

How far in advance should I book my trial?

Each bride is different. Some like to book their trial right away so they feel more comfortable signing the contract well in advance of their wedding. Then they will book a second trial (usually just for hair) a bit closer to their wedding day. Others sign the contract right away then book their trial for a month or so before the wedding.

What if I have questions about skin care, airbrush tanning, etc…?

We can answer all of your bridal beauty questions! In fact, we now have bridal packets that each bride will receive that contains information about some of our favorite places for airbrush tanning, facials, waxing and even bridal bootcamp workout classes! We will also provide you with our wedding day beauty checklist that lists our top beauty tips to prepare for a “Beauty-Full” wedding day!

How do I prepare for my trial run and/or wedding day services?

You should have 1 day old, dry hair prior to your hair services. Your face should be clean and free of makeup. If you perform daily skin care regimes such as toner, moisturizers, etc. you may complete those prior to receiving your makeup service. Be sure to wear a wide collar or button down shirt so you are not pulling anything tight over your hair.  Any photos or ideas you have are always encouraged!
